Born in Dura city in 1968, currently serving as the General Manager of Palestinian Takaful Insurance Company since the current year. Previously held the position of Deputy General Manager of Palestinian Takaful Insurance Company from 2018 to 2020. Holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Al-Quds University, Abu Dis, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bethlehem University. Has been working in the insurance field for nearly 27 years.

Held several positions at Al-Ahliya Insurance Company, including Deputy General Manager for 5 years and Assistant General Manager for the Southern Region for 6 years. Also served as Deputy General Manager at Al-Mashreq Insurance Company.

Worked as Branch Manager in Hebron for National Insurance Company from 1996 to 2007. Served as a board member of the Palestinian Insurance Companies Association for 7 years.

Participated in numerous conferences, courses, and workshops locally and internationally on risk management, marketing, and reinsurance. Former lecturer at Al-Quds University, Abu Dis, teaching insurance courses.
