Born on 25/3/1960 – Bait Reema – Ramallah.

Master in General Finance – Kingdom of Morocco – 1984.

20 years of experience in the banking sector. He worked as General Director in one of the commercial banks in the state of Qatar.

12 years of experience in the insurance sector. He supervised the establishment and management of two insurance companies operating in accordance with the Islamic Sharia in Palestine. He is nicknamed as the dean of the Islamic insurance in Palestine.

He is the founder and the General Director of Takaful Insurance Company in Palestine (2007 – 2016).

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Federation of Insurance Companies (2009 – 2012).

Member of the Board of Director of the General Arab Federation for Insurance (2009 – 2012).

Member of the Executive Committee – Representative of the State of Palestine – General Arab Federation for Insurance (2011 – 2012).

Founder and the General Director of Tamkeen Palestine Insurance Company (2017 until now).
