Contractors' All Risk Insurance (Engineering Projects)

This policy covers the value of the project works, " Contract", (value of the contract) against all risks of the main contractor or the sub-contractors which may happen in a sudden or an unexpected way during the period of the project implementation. The policy also covers the plant and equipment required for the construction of the properties of the owner and/or the contractor as well as the cost of the removal of the debris provided that they are honestly mentioned with their value in the insurance application form and the legal liabilities towards the third party resulting from the implementation of the contract’s works within the certain amount determined in the policy.
